Wait a minute...I thought even writing about conducting a citizens arrest was illegal and could land you in the slammer big time. You're telling me citizens can actually perform them?

Interesting platform he's running on, though--abusing himself instead of the taxpayers. Maybe that qualifies him as the lesser of two evils, and it certainly does sound like anyone voting for him would have to hold their nose...
