Another reason I don't like tasers in the hands of cops.
If the perp was trying to disarm a cop, the correct response is to simply end the disarm attempt by shooting him.
Not taser him repeatedly and tune him up on camera.
We can clearly see who can not be trusted with weapons... and it isn't "we the people".
I don't understand why so many cops such as these survive long enough to be sued in civil court. I really don't.
