Qualified

U.S. District Court Judge Jimm Hendren dismissed the lawsuit, ruling the trooper had qualified immunity as a police officer and that Stufflebeam failed to state a claim.
Figures you'd be siding with the police state, Jimm Larry.

Of course, this is the same judge who ruled that the standard job pre-screen drug test was a medical procedure too.

I haven't gone through his rulings, but based upon what I've seen thus far, I'll bet there are some pretty outlandish ones to be found.

Jimm Larry Hendren is an abomination. He is an obscenity on hte bench. Five dollars and a mild threat of exposure and one could and would own him.

He has sold himself at every opportunity.

Of course, that's just this man's opinion, forced upon him by Jimm Larry.
