I like your quiz too... not sure any socialist, anti-semitic, gun-banning lunatic would get it though.
wasn't able to pick b and d. so despite the conclusion b is the best answer. D as an answer is correct, but it shouldn't be. every one of those conditions is and infringement on that which "shall not be infringed."
SA: yeah, i thought about that. I guess I could change it. The point isn't so much "what is best" but "what actually exists"... just a way to explain existing law to those who don't understand it.
Question 11 is highly dependent on what state you're in. The federal law requires state approval/licensure/etc (too lazy to go look it up), rather than specifically restricting it to LEO's. That's why I, in WA state, as a CPL holder can carry a gun while driving on campus to pick up or drop off a student.
