That's "Herd-ers," Not "Herd"

Aid has failed to end gun trade among herders
Why would anybody in Africa need a gun?

Of course the answer is stricter gun control, because if they only enact one more law the bad guy cattle rustlers will forego the use of arms in their commisions of other crimes.
