States must unite to put an end to illegal gun trafficking

Uhh...the states have united, Richard Aborn. They're called the "United States." Maybe you've heard of them?

If not, these United States have a compact they call the "Constitution," and within that document is a "Bill of Rights"...

I dunno, Richard--looking at that, my first impression is the state uniters wanted Americans to be armed...
