In street lingo, taking someone's money and maybe their life is "gettin' a lick."
It's just something to do when you have a light wallet and time on your hands, and something to laugh about later with your friends.
But your government will tell you and me that we must balance gun rights with public safety, therefore guns among the citizenry are generally a bad idea.

Well, ultimately she gave him what he wanted. Sadly he was after more than just money.
