We're the Only Ones Unapologetic Enough

A college student apparently called 911 from her cell phone shortly before she was killed but a dispatcher hung up, failed to call back and never sent police to investigate, authorities said Thursday...

Norwick said he was investigating the incident and reviewing whether policies should be changed and employees should be disciplined. But he also said, "I don't think there's anything to apologize for at this time."
No, of course not. It's not like they have a duty or anything. And at least the dispatcher was awake this time.

Besides, it's not like she was an "Only One" or anything.

How many times have we seen this happen and someone dies because of it. What we don't see is anyone having to pay a price for such actions on the part of the 911 side. We never find out who the 911 dispatcher was. The dispatcher is never fired and never, never has a criminal charge filed on them.
A young woman calling in, in the middle of the night saying someone has broken into their home should set off every bell on the planet but for the bells in the heads of useless government parasites at this 911 center.
I'm sure the family of the dead young woman will file a lawsuit. The taxpayers will be the one's to foot the bill as the family home is held for more ransom in tax loot.

Police are generally immune from failure to protect a particular individual.

A police officer can watch someone kill you and have no legal liability, other than what might happen to them if "reassigned".

So of course this clown won't apologize. He doesn't need to and if he did, he might open himself up for a lawsuit.

Don't get me wrong, I would like to see the boss and the dispatcher be disciplned severly for negligence.

The spokeshole could have stopped at "I don't think..." and said just as much.

Are you really sure you want people like this managing your healthcare???????

The student made one grave error (no pun intended). She didn't carry in spite of any prohibitions against it. However, the 911 crew all need to be brought up on charges of negligent homicide. Yeah, I know. Like that's ever gonna happen. Clearly, if anyone want justice out of this
clusterf*%k, they are goingto have to get it themselves, outside of a courtroom.

Snake, I expect we are going to start seeing a lot of pursuit of justice outside courtrooms.

We, basically, have no other choice, except slavery.
