I wonder if this is the same poster who posted the post that was on Reds blog that the government lawyer made such a big issue about. The one where Ryan removed it within a few hours, but nevertheless the government lawyers made a huge issue over it.
Being said above, I somehow wonder how a poster can call for murdering an elected mayor of a large city. Talk about killing and torturing federal law enforcement officers and be allowed to it over and over and over without the government stepping in.
I smell a rat here and the reason is: The government in Reds case didn't blame the poster but blamed Ryan somehow. Is this person a tool so the government can blame the blogs and websites for having such posters post such unlawful action on the boards. So the owners of the boards will have to defend themselves in a court of law against felony charges?
The simple fact with the government lawyers holding Reds responsible for that one post which was only up for a few hours. Then allowing many post on two boards by seemingly the same poster makes me wonder if this is not entrapment. I'm not saying this is entrapment but wonder if it is because. If it's bad once then is allowed to a worse degree to be on going. Brings many questions into play.

So why don't we all go stand in the courthouse and advocate some illegal actions. Then see if the judge gets arrested for what we said. I see no difference, but then I am not a braindead authoriturd.
