Naturally, with criminals running the place, the non-criminals paying for everything, that is, the victims, may not bear arms.
And naturally, Thug Mike is a great fan of "gun buybacks," which makes sense when you recall that gun buybacks create crime.
Further evidence of the success of the shakedown effort by the city against its citizens can be found in this new development:
Milwaukee police officers participating in a privately funded anti-crime program targeting part of the city's south side began conducting additional foot and bike patrols today, according to a news release from Ald. Bob Donovan."Operation Impact." Apt name for a protection racket that basically tells business owners they haven't been paying enough.
District 6 police officers will volunteer to patrol one of five zones within the target area, ideally on foot or a bicycle, and will be paid overtime for doing so with funds donated to Operation Impact by Milwaukee businesses and foundations, Donovan said while unveiling the program earlier this month.

There may be an 'elephant in the room' in those cities and no one wants to talk about it.
Mike misjudged his power, didn't he? He is the sacrificial weasel. This crap doesn't happen in a vacuum. There had to be many others involved for the scheme to work. Every level had to be involved starting with the cops and working up.
Wonder where all the other prosecutions are?
