The Black Hole

I swear I just snorted up my breakfast over this story. A Dallas County commissioner is demanding that a colleague apologize for using the term “black hole.” The unhinged official called the phrase racist and insisted on replacing it with… “white hole.”
I guess this means Disney will be accused of racism?

So, let me get this straight...

It carries negative, racist connotations when anyone besides a Black person says, "black" in any context, and any words or phrases having to do with ethnicity or color of any hue is negative, judgmental, and racist when a White person says it, but it is unilaterally positive, acceptable, and a badge of pride and honor when a Black person says it.

If you have the fortitude to scroll through the comments on Malkin's site, LGF posted an article from Britain claiming that it is racist for children to say, "yuk" when introduced to foods from other cultures and ethnicities that they find unappetizing.

I guess I'm really going to piss him off when I point out what a niggardly complaint his is.

What about "White Dwarf" or "Red Dwarf" or "Brown Dwarf"? And what about "Dark Energy"?

Boo hoo, words hurt me.

Grow a set an act like a human being instead of some primal savage looking for the easy take.

A white hole is the theoretical "other end" of the black hole wormhole, which spews out the matter consumed by the black hole after it crosses the event horizon and is accelerated to infinite speed and infinite mass by the singularity.
It's not rocket science.
Well, actually it is. Some people are earthbound.
That's worse than the poverty and litter in the projects I had to drive through the other day. They know only what they see every day. For a public official to be THIS IGNORANT AND DEFENSIVE, he eed to go to third grade and start over.

Yes he do, he eed to go.
This puts me in a black mood.
If they'll give up ALL their ebonics, we'll let them own "black," how about that?

A movie last year was entitled "How She Move."

I cringe.
I hear people talk like that every workday. Needless to say, they are in entry-level minimum-wage jobs. Communication is intelligence.
I raised myself from the ain't/cain't habit. My white family and neighbors told me I was "gettin' above my raisin'[g]s."

Good thing the commissioner can't read minds, he'd be real mad when he got to me.

Financially speaking, it's good to be "in the black." Would he prefer that the county be in the RED? Pick on the Indians for once? Or should taxpayers be bled WHITE?
On second thought, don't give him any ideas.
His theatrics are a handy way to get around discussing the problem of wasting The People's money.
A black hole is black because the density of the collapsed body in its center causes gravity so strong that even light cannot escape. If that isn't a metaphor for a government meeting...

The idiot may have misunderstood the speaker and thought he said "black ho". After all Don Imus lost his job over a reference to a "ho".

The following is the 2007 winning entry from an annual contest at Texas A&M University calling for the most appropriate definition of a contemporary term.

This year's term was:
Political Correctness

The winning definition:

'Political Correctness is a doctrine fostered by a delusional, illogical minority and rabidly promoted by an unscrupulous mainstream media, which holds forth the proposition that it is entirely possible to pick up a turd by its clean end.'

I'm wondering if J.W. Price has a clean end.

Commissioner Price is well known in Dallas for such antics which occur because the fine folks who elect Commissioner Price to office (again and again) like to see him "tweak" the establishment.

Black people use the word "ho" for "hole". Its normal talk and not seen as degrading for a black man to call a woman by such names as Ho, short for Hole or call woman across the board as Bitches.
Think about this for just a second. Black men can talk about other people in the most degrading ways they feel like but no one can say anything that can be twisted to even hint at saying something about them.
Blacks better wake up because their victim demeanor with "you owe me and us" is going to come to a quick end as more and more Mexicans come into this country. The Mexicans will not stand for it and are far more violent than blacks have any idea. When Cuba sent all the mental and prison population to Jimmy Carter along with thousands of others. The blacks in Miami where shocked at the degree of violence these new people could engage in.
This one way demeanor as America's special victim and you owe me status is about to come to a close.
