Former New York Mayor Rudolph Giuliani has toured some of the most dangerous parts of Mexico City on a visit aimed at eradicating corruption and violence in the Mexican capital.I suppose after that he will part the sea.
I can't help but wonder if Giuliani Safety & Security knows anything about this...?

If Rudy is looking for corruption, he should start at the Presidential palace and work down from there. Mexico has been run by a den of thieves for decades.
