We're the Only Ones Always Thinking Forfeiture Enough

Under the direction of former Sheriff Brian Gilbert, the Dallas County Sheriff's Department hauled in millions over the course of several years -- and then Gilbert got a little too greedy, making off with paper sacks containing $120,000 seized in a traffic stop.

Gilbert's punishment was a suspended ten year prison sentence, five years' probation, and a term of make-work "community service."
Not only does it enrich enterprising "Only Ones," it funds the police state.

The better to bind you with, my dear!

William N. Grigg really is one of the best investigative journalists out there. That shallow statist talking heads are the ones in the field who get the recognition and reward is further evidence of the institutionalized corruption that is "Authorized Journalism."

I found another "must read" article (heck, the guy's entire body of work qualifies) that should be of particular interest to WarOnGuns regulars--especially those of you who leave biting commentary of your own. There's this list thing happening in addition to all the other tools our employees use to better serve us...

Not sure when I picked up on this fellow, but he's been on my blog list for a while now. Grigg writes most of his entries as if he's submitting them for publishing -- he's really quite impressive, especially how he weaves history and religion into his commentary.

Interesting how you've picked him and 45superman. Two of my favorites!
