And certainly if they HAD known it, the officer wouldn't be in nearly so much trouble!
Nobody really believes the ubermenschen will actually punish one of their own, do they?
Anger management and reckless driving with a paid vacation and he will back out there "protecting and serving".
For my money, he should be convicted of ADW and serve his time in gen pop in Huntsville. Let's see how arrogant the pussy is then.
Nice... now another reason to always carry. You can't predict the "crazy" off-duty officer(s) behavior...
