We're the Only Ones Losing Track Enough

The New York City Police Department can't keep track of the guns it seizes, according to a report issued yesterday.
Maybe Bloomberg ought to sue 'em...
Manhattan officials failed to account for or find 94 of the 324 firearms specified, adding that other boroughs' property divisions were found in a "similar state of disarray."
Well, they probably filled out the "Yes" and "No" spaces on the form correctly, so it wasn't "willful" and thus no big deal. Besides which, they're "Only Ones"...

You'd think a large organization like the NYPD would embrace technology like RFID to keep track of it's evidence/property room.

However, we all know that Bloomturd would rather have the NYPD doing more productive things, like reaching productivity goals with completed summons books to further shake down the poor/middle class.

Clearly these guns are making their way onto the street and into the hands of criminals!

We need to ban the police from carrying firearms!

IT'S FOR THE CHILDREN!!!
