We're the Only Ones Not Doing What We're Supposed to Enough

They're supposed to protect and serve, but in just the past month, four local cops have found themselves on the wrong end of the law.
Let's see--the fox guarding the henhouse was caught with feathers in his mouth and beating the people in their lives just goes along with the job. I guess setting up a roadblock to look for criminals gives as good a cover as any.

No doubt just a few bad apples--far be it from me to suggest pervasive and open corruption and brutality would ever be institutionalized in a department run with such earned and savvy competence.

But just so I understand the argument made by the antis in Heller: Guys like these were The "Only Ones" the District wanted armed...?
