The Other Side argues that the Constitution only protects federal citizens of the District of Columbia. Other cities and states have to incorporate the Amendments individually into their charters or ordinances or something before they apply THERE.
They are insane. They're the first to scream "Constitution!" when it's to THEIR advantage.
