That major is certainly a big fan of exclamation points. I may be out of line for judging a guy on punctuation, but putting the power of life and death in the hands of someone that excitable sounds more than a little risky to me.
Yeah, they're "special" all right. So "special" they can't get an honest job.

I think it's something like this:
