We're the Only Ones Doing Our Duty Enough

What kind of world would it be if we didn't have police officers," Kluge said. "Joe was doing his duty."
No non sequitur there. Besides, haven't we already established that "Only Ones" get a pass on shooting mothers holding babies?

It might just be a free world without Liberty Eradication Operatives (LEOs).

If "Joe' gets THAT anxious during a raid, maybe he better lay off raiding and raise alpacas or something.
If he couldn't tell she was holding a child, he couldn't tell whether she was on her knees with empty hands raised. Shoot first, ask the survivors later.
NOT IN MY NAME.
It's not a race thing either. Wake up, people (I mean the public). Could be any of us, anywhere. Even a Maryland mayor got some. How they could empanel an all-white jury is beyond me. It's almost like they WANT to provoke the non-white community into some kind of reaction. I wouldn't blame them for reacting. Elected officials just don't care anymore.
Pleasing the law-and-order types was of great use to a man named Adolf. If the War on Drugs had been a choice, he could have accomplished his goals in five years instead of ten.
Why IS there a war on drugs? "Drugs harm children. Drugs destroy families. Drugs kill. Drugs create a cycle of violent crime."
They sure do. It's not even necessary for a CRIMINAL to BE THERE.

From the article:

Prosecutors said Chavalia recklessly fired three shots into a bedroom where Wilson and her six children were gathered, even though he could not clearly see her or whether she had a weapon.

Six kids in the house the cops barged into to make their drug arrest.

And according to this report -- http://www.usatoday.com/news/nation/2008-07-29-3279215318_x.htm -- that came as no surprise:

Officers were told before the raid that children were likely inside the house, based on sightings of toys outside, Strausbaugh said.

Elsewhere I've read that none of the informants' buys from the murdered woman's boyfriend even occurred at her address. The cops just thought it would be a convenient place to collar him.

It's a wonder there were any survivors at all.
