When police were trying to get fingerprints, police say Cruz moved closer to the officer and passed gas on him...Cruz is now charged with battery on a police officer...I was going to say something about this being too nebulous to make stick but that just doesn't sound right.
Still, if the "Only Ones" manage to create a precedent, that door ought to swing both ways, like if one of them is in your face and has halitosis...
