At first, I thought this article just had to be about Jersey City PD, cause some of them are just rolly polly ya know.....
Well, when you consider the size of their patrol cars, it's no wonder:
The standard patrol car is a 1.6-litre Ford Focus or a 1.3-litre Vauxhall Astra.
