A federal judge appointed by President Bill Clinton broke judicial rules to contribute to Sen. Barack Obama's presidential campaign on multiple occasions.So partisan she's willing to break the rules. I wonder if that could be used as grounds for conservatives and libertarians to demand she recuse herself from their cases, or as the basis for appeal if she does not...?

The government and its organs always bend or break the rules to benefit bigger, more draconian government.
"The Judges, both of the supreme and inferior Courts, shall hold their Offices during good Behavior ..."
Breaking judicial rules to influence an election? That's grounds for impeachment, as far as I'm concerned, as it certainly is not "good behavior".
