U.S. District Court Judge Dan Jordan this afternoon refused to dismiss civil rights charges against Jackson Mayor Frank Melton and an ex-bodyguard based on a defense motion filed Friday that cited the alleged behavior of former co-defendant Marcus Wright.Good. It's time Frank faced the music. It's time all anti-gun political criminals did.
