You'd hope they would eventually figure out the actual common factor is CRIMINALS, but then this is Omaha, where the mayor is in Bloomberg's pocket.

How can that be? You need a permit to carry a "gun" in Omaha.
I guess using that logic, the cops should disarm, since they are definately willing to harm others as part of their job.
