In exchange for his resignation, the district attorney's office will not file criminal charges against Maldonado pertaining to an October incident in which he let a friend fire his county issue weapon.I wonder if my new BFF deputy Gus Reyna will keep good on his promise to treat my doing the same thing "like any other case," meaning there will be no arrest and prosecution? As a show of good faith, I'll even promise never to be a constable.
