OR is one armpit that is a want to be CA. The problem I have with OR is soon people will be flocking from that state to Idaho destroying what the CA folks haven't.
This engineer is more than likely a parasite for some planning department.
To add: States that are liberal are big into taxing the citizens. With this economy many are stuck in such states and must deal with the parasites feeding off of them. Maybe we will see people start standing up for themselves. I'm not going to bet on it but its a personal hope.
