We're the Only Ones Faultless Enough

Convicted last year of intoxication manslaughter for the death of her boyfriend, the 21-year-old daughter of a state district judge is suing the truck driver she ran into during a drunken driving crash.
Here, Elizabeth Shelton--I'm getting you a subscription.

I wonder if being an "Only One's" daughter has anything to do with not only your wrist-slap, but also the way you turned out.

There's nothing more I can say that I won't regret.

Of course her daddy the judge is behind this legal injustice that's on going. Which clearly shows the demeanor behind this judge. Now here comes the kicker. This conduct is sicking to most of us decent citizens but is normal business to the folks in the system. This judge isn't worried one bit of anything happening to him for using the courts as a scam to attack victims of criminal conduct. He very well knows the inside demeanor of the people in the system being one of the elitist in that system.
My point above is to lay foundation to being up a larger point, Olofson. The federal judge in that case knew clearly that the government's lawyers lied to the court about the "recall notice" sent out by Olympic Arms being confidential taxing information. At that point the judge should have called for a mistrial at the very least and demanded that the government's lawyers be held accountable. None of this happened, not even close. This all comes back to the judge in this story and the judge in Olofson's case. There is a very clear difference in personal accountability and honesty between the people in the system and the citizens who foot the bills. How sad things are becoming and being compounded daily. (daily, pun intended)

My fantasy is that she wins in court, and they pay her off with two one dollar bills.

Guess her insurer wouldn't cough up for the car she wrecked, so someone's got to pay. Underage (at the time) and clearly drunk as a two legged skunk...no problem here for the judge's spawn.
