So you are on hold for 45 minutes with 911. And you only have keys to protect yourself? Sounds like I would be moving somewhere else or really watching where I go.
People in these cities that take away rights are endangering people to thugs and other vermin. These city leaders need to be voted out. In the end you either try to change the situation or you take your chance. Seems a gamble either way. I can't really say this the vision of our founders.
They could always adopt Illinois' method of self-defense; vomiting on yourself.
