Courage and Guns

True courage is in short supply in this nation’s gun culture. [More]
No argument.

I get pretty scared myself some times. I'm sure we all do.

Hell of a thing, isn't it? Why any group of men would want to force another group of men to choose between their principles and their freedom, and punish them when they catch them choosing "wrong"...?

To think that my children will also know such fear...

And to know that fear only paralyzes us if we allow it to...

Excellent, both Mr. Gaddy's column and the L. Neil Smith one linked to it. A great way to start another day of FREEEEDOM!

I agreed with Lew up to the point of CWL holders. Many folks I know have one to not have to wait 3 days because they had a J-waling ticket pay turn into a misdemeanor 30 years ago.
Look if the government wants to know about who has or who doesn't have an interest in firearms its all too easy for them. First off there's the 4473. Second all credit card charges are reported to the federal government so if you got ammo or a firearm you paid for and sent to your local FFL. The government knows about you, a simple fact.
In fact we have gun stores that make copies of your CWL and/or drivers lic. to give to their insurance companies and local LE. I've tried to make this known and it seems to not be anykind of a big deal that we have turncoats in our own rank and file who are making it known who buys firearms.
Moving on: Get ready because the new Marxist parasites who now control the federal government want to make it so citizens can only have the revolvers and single shot long guns.

OMFGWTFBBQ!

Neither of those two articles (the linked and the linked in the link:

are too flattering to prags. They're great, abusive to prags, but will probably be overlooked.
