Codrea is right about one thing - forget about the wimps in the NRA who are doing nothing to stop this fiasco. [More]Actually, I'd say complaining Holder isn't a strong enough proponent of federal gun control and then letting senators know a confirmation vote will not be held against them is worse than doing nothing.
But they sure straddle both sides of the fence like seasoned pros, don't they?

Holder will be confirmed. Holder will happily 'enforce' any and all laws, edicts, exec orders, that, consistent with Heller, recognize your right to personal arms but not to hundreds of named weapons, weapons with certain features, certain types of ammo (regular hunting rounds for instance), armor, accurate scopes, etc. Holder stated these things at his hearings and no champions of freedom have challenged him. My own rock solid (ha ha) 2nd defender, Cornyn, has wimped out. We must operate as if there are NO defenders of liberty left in DC; in actuality any left are irrelevant. We face the end of our remaining freedoms and at this point I have no plausible solution.
