We're the Only Ones Not Guilty Enough

The former transit police officer charged with murder in the shooting of an unarmed black man on New Year's Day pleaded not guilty Thursday. [More]
Understandable. His life is precious.

No sane person wants his life destroyed.

I hope there's no plea deal for this one.

Murder under color of authority. A situation where the victim can expect no assistance from those around him because the ones who would help him are disarmed and the ones legally armed are the ones who committed the crime.

My prayers go out to the victim's family and friends. Godspeed, sir.
