We're the Only Ones "Keep the Tip" Enough

A federal judge has sentenced a former North Providence police officer to five months in prison for warning a drug dealer he was being investigated. [More]
Say, I've got a swell idea: let's ensure the drug trade is so lucrative that even the "Only Ones" hired to combat it can be lured into its rewards...

What do you know, an actual good cop. I hardly ever hear about those--and when I do, it's always that they're not cops anymore because.

It's a good thing he didn't do something really aweful like smashing into people's houses in the middle of the night to murder their children. He might have been crushed to death under all the medals they'd have given him.

What I would like to know is where were the "firearms sentence enhancements" that apply to the commission of a crime while in possession of a firearm?

10 months, total, five at home? Oh wow. Is the judge going to drop by from time to time for "favors"?

Sure as Hell sounds like it.
