I left a comment thanking Sheriff Bill Brown for ensuring by mandate that everyone except "Only Ones" and "criminals" are armed. I don't see it posted yet.

Here's what I left;
I call on the grand jury to indict Sheriff Bill Brown as an accomplice. His refusal to allow peaceable citizens the means of self defense, makes him an accomplice of every violent criminal on the street.
He has armed his gang, and the other criminal gangs are armed. The citizen on the other hand is denied the means of self defense and not allow to carry a firearm for personal protection. If the citizen decides to avail himself of the opportunity to stay alive despite the law, Brown's people may well kill him, they will certainly arrest him and ruin his life. If the citizen obeys the law and does not avail himself of the tools of defense the other gangs' members may well kill him.
How can Brown not be an accomplice? Indict him under RICO statutes, and conspiracy to deny civil rights.
