We're the Only Ones Bursting Your Housing Bubble Enough

The Information charges that Culp purchased inexpensive homes, frequently in need of substantial repair and renovation, and then arranged to sell these properties at inflated amounts to persons who obtained mortgage loans based upon falsified mortgage loan applications.

he should have just stuck with normal Only One behavior and just killed or maimed an innocent citizen. No jail time for that. But cheat a bank, OOPS!

How come the cop shop isn't there saying his actions were within department policy?
