We're the Only Ones Walking a Thin Line Enough

According to the Chicago Sun Times, after administering a field sobriety test to Raymond L. Bell, Parker "wrote that Raymond L. Bell lost his balance and used his arms to steady himself." Also, after telling Bell to stand on one foot and count to 30, "Parker marked Bell down for lowering his foot and also for hopping, using his arms for balance and swaying."

But the video shows Bell walking the line without difficulty, and then standing and counting with equal ease. [More]
See, when "Only Ones" DUI, well, that's one thing. But when we say you do, even if you didn't, why that's another...

Any person that would destroy lives like this of decent people who have done nothing wrong are enemies of all decent people.
The department waited two years before acting on this matter. Of course they hoped that with enough water under the bridge it would go away. This officer was doing what they were trained to do and the department knew that darn well.
Tell you guys have been it is in Idaho. If a starving person steals even a little food from a super market to feed their starving family waiting out in the car. That person will "not" be charged with "shoplifting". No sir, that person will be charged with "felony burglary". The police with the help and advice of the DA's office have twisted the laws into new meanings. Never mind it cost the taxpayers huge amounts of money. The bottom line is it makes the arrest stats look good and offers job security for parasites in the criminal justice system.
Frankly, there's plenty of criminals out there without making criminals out of some starving folks who need someone to show them how to receive some help with civil services private or government. So these folks can get their feet planted again without becoming their own worst enemy.

The video has been pulled. I wonder if the enforcers of truth and justice had it pulled.
