We're the Only Ones Not Malicious Enough

U.S. District Judge Patrick J. Duggan ruled that Detroit Police Officer Tyrine Wheatley, who the jury determined testified falsely against Morningstar, was immune from civil liability because he gave testimony in his role as a police officer and the prosecutor did not rely on Wheatley's false testimony in deciding to charge Morningstar. [More]
So you're immune from civil liability by law if you perjure yourself in your capacity as an "Only One"?
Duggan said in a written opinion that Schwarzberg's trial performance was "somewhat less than commendable."
So the city attorney plays fast and loose, too?

It's getting so I don't know who in government we can trust...

I wonder what course of action they think will be pursued by those wronged by agents of the state when by the process of elimination they leave only the process of elimination?

It took me a lot of years to accept, but the simple answer is that NO part of government can be trusted, ever, for anything.

And, when enough people figure that out, the game's up.

The game IS up, and all we're talking about is price, because we already know what they are.

The fall of this country was giving the parasites trust to work for us. Once any low life scum sucking bottom feeding parasite gets the power to tax its all over for decent folks.
We see the proof of this many times every day.

People like the Postal Service, but that's not really part of the government.
I read a survey that said 96% of people have more faith and trust in their fellow citizens than they do in the government. Makes you wonder who's voting these fools in, and back in, and back in again.
Who counts those ballots? The government, right?
We are approaching that medieval feudal serfdom thing. One doesn't impugn the honesty of a King's Man. It is not for commoners to question.
We may need to quote the Magnum Carta. The Code of Hammerdropi.

What's the background of this case? What evidence DID the prosecutor rely upon to file the original murder case if not testimony and/or reports filed by the other officers/witnesses at the scene of the shooting?
