Some Journalists Won't Admit Truth about Mexican 'Crime Gun' Numbers

Fortunately, the rest of the media seems to be waking up to what Todd refuses to. A Google "News" category search of the terms 'Mexico gun 90%' reveals that, aside from an increasingly lonely and desperate opinion maker at The Dallas Morning News, their competition appears to be coming around to the truth. [More]
Today's Gun Rights Examiner column spotlights a VPC fanboy who is becoming increasingly lonely, and increasingly desperate to maintain the fiction...

Tell a friend? And then go enjoy the weekend. I have plenty of stuff in the queue to talk about, but it's a beautiful day. I have an Examiner Memorial Day post ready to go for tomorrow, but unless something huge happens, I don't expect to be posting much here for the rest of the day.

I tried to post this to the Examiner several times, but only a truncated portion made it through:

OK, Jenny - do House Resolutions, proposed treaties to register all guns, constitute "edicts?" Does the language of HR 45, also known as the Blair Holt Firearm Licensing and Record of Sales Act of 2009, HR 2159, HR 2640, S 2084 and the $45 million allocated this year for Project Gunrunner supply enough info about the "edicts" that you claim are nonexistent?

Do you think that Obama's website claim in which he stated that he would support another semi-auto ban, or Biden's statement about being the author of the previous ban means that they will, or have, relaxed any attempts at gun control? Do you think Eric Holder's statements about reimplementation of a semi-auto ban is an edict, or simply an empty threat?

Now, how about some quid pro quo - please cite the "relaxed gun control" laws that have happened on Obama's watch.
I couldn't help but notice the non-sequitur about legalizing marijuana contributing to getting "our fiscals in the black."

If you are referring to the failed "war on some drugs" perhaps you should take the time to research some of Mr. Codrea's posts on the subject. But since this is a "Gun Rights Examiner" and not a "Dope Smoker's Rights Examiner" I heartily suggest that you create a blog page regarding that matter. Or perhaps a blog that deals with solving our economic troubles. The people that typically read gun rights pages believe that the Bill of Rights happens to be a REAL issue.

Apologies about the double post - the first one was truncated for some reason.

Sorry, Ned--went in and tried a couple times to repost your complete comment, but it won't let me, either. We experienced this a couple days ago and a trouble ticket was filled out for the tech people to fix--guess I'll have to fill out another problem report.
