Nah, hold onto it, just don't have a rag handy or they might charge you with constructive possession.

I hope you are not in possesion of an assualt "Cask Stregth" single malt. That would be very dangerous, moreso than the regular 80 proof single malts. That would be grounds for a full scale SWAT raid on your home at 3:00am.
