Thank you David for helping get the word out on the VTech Panel.
The VCDL offers assistance in establishing a like organization in any state that has willing citizens who can contribute.
Get out of the safe and get involved. Don't ride on other peoples efforts and don't hide for fear of whatever is holding the silent ones back.
