Nice to see the only ones there on their toes, or rather the toes of the nearest blind man. I'm suprised they didn't tase him, and then shoot him four or five times, and then grant themselves absolution.
All one needs to do is walk across the cars blocking the paths, leaving muddy footprints, dents in the metal, and scratched paint before the owners realize that they do not want to leave their cars in the paths.
