And some are. Like tyrants dangling from lamposts. Or bureaucrats rotting in jails. Or people living free, and exercising their rights, and governments staying the hell out of our lives.

As Winston Churchill once famously told a naval officer:

"Don't talk to me about Naval tradition! It's nothing but rum, sodomy and the lash."

Corruption will not stop until, like Churchill, we are ready to denounce it.
