More like "reach-around".

If I remember correctly Red's Trading Post had five traces go back to them. This was the opening reasons for all the special treatment that they received. Ryan had zero clue what was traced or the reasons for such traces and no one would tell him or his lawyers the reasons why.
This information shines some light on some issues of the past that have had many folks wondering about. If this information is really true, we have a very underhanded government operation going on that needs to be openly looked into.
Personal note to the officer who wrote the letter. Thank you for showing there really are some good apples who are willing to step forward. Best to you and yours.

"The parties agree that a 'crime gun' is defined as 'any firearm'."

They could have saved ink by just ending the definition there, but I guess that would have been too obvious and more honest. "Sneakiness" seems to be one of ATF's institutional values. It’s a compulsion with them.
