Bands of roving “road pirates” have been stalking drivers along South Africa’s main highway linking OT Airport to Pretoria for the last three months, raising concerns for the safety of tourists coming for the 2010 World Cup Games. [More]I've seen this movie. Isn't it the one where the only solution against violent lawless bandits is a private individual repelling them with superior firepower?
Yeah, but that's just wild, unrealistic fantasy. The real world doesn't work that way--at least not in South Africa.

this may all be so, but it's not like they band together to protect themselves from a common law-enforcing enemy.
oh, unless you make law enforcement strictly a public institution. then it's "us vs. them" time. and apparently both gangs are happy to feed off of the bystanders to keep their games going.
I can almost see a Black Humungous, giving the speech, about "that fat tank of gas". Hey, the American re-make could have Mike Tyson in that role, with Wesley Snipes as the Road Warrior. Soon as he is off probation, and Tyson doesn't bite the directors ear off...............
