This is floating around as an email and I couldn't repro the whole thing here, but found a site that did.
It's not a bad start as fantasy bills go, but it could use some tailoring in committee--for instance, I don't see a death penalty for enacting citizen disarmament edicts...

I think every politician should serve two terms. One in office, one in prison.
Well, since it modifies the eligibility requirements for congresscritters, it would have to be a Constitutional amendment.
