Love how they concealed his arrest and charges, and then say they didn't conceal his arrest and charges. Notice, he's not in prison pending trial. Maybe he can do a little side job or two pending his being pronounced not guilty.

According to a biography on Wiggins' Web site (www.angelfire.com/ak4/tw/), he started learning jujitsu and karate in 1968.
i'm just not sure what's worse: getting caught molesting children, or a public outing of the fact that your homepage is on angelfire.
I think I will be a little skeptical on this one. Eight damn years is a long time to keep this secret, especially if the alleged victim was as traumatized as she says. Also, it doesn't pass the smell test that she would then turn around and decide to join the police dept.
I'm wondering about a payday wish here.
As most of you know, I am no great fan of police, but this doesn't smell right. It could be true, but it has some pretty hard to believe elements in it.
I'm kinda leaning towards Straightarrow's viewpoint - why in the world would she even be around this guy after the first incident?
Nevertheless, in keeping the only one tradition, they wait until he's retired before pressing any charges.
In the event he's convicted, he'll undoubtedly keep his pension.
This is yet another example of a cop behaving like a cop. Again I say that the law enforcement profession attracts the worst of the worst of the scum of humanity.
Who else in the right mind would actually WANT to work as a cop???

Ask yourself how many other cops knew about this scumbag and did NOTHING about him??? That make them as bad as child molester in my view.
