Don't agree with the hate crime charge, isn't murder enough to prosecute? And the cops are accessories after the fact, so charges which should have been laid have not, even though they face many other charges.

Somehow, I think the prosecution of the cops will be fouled up resulting in acquttals, or a deal will be struck that results in a mild rebuke or less. Call it cynicism, but it is probably just informed observation base on past experience.
