Somalias. They've been randomly attacking people in the Minn/St.Paul area, especially children and elderly on their way to the bank or drugstore. They grew up to thug/warlord standards there, and they're repeating it here. They film their own attacks to entertain themselves with later. All at taxpayer expense.
one thing for sure, we know they can read. At least well enough to know where the "gun free victim zones" are.
