Do I understand this correctly? Marc Katz is to receive a multimillion-dollar contribution from his wealthy relatives, who Texas' GOP state leaders helped get rich.
Now Katz is angry and wants to do something bad to rich people like the relatives who are giving him a boatload of money and also punish the GOP who made it all possible.
Let me guess: this guy is progressive populist, right?
