All you need is a competent ATF agent, duct tape and some plastic ties.
No my friend bubba sez you just cut this spring and grind off that edge....lol
I think years ago the BAT FAYS said that any weapon that could be converted to fully automatic with 8 hours of work was a machine gun.
One gunsmith was heard to say, "I could convert a Volvo into a machine gun in 8 hours".
The Bat Fays have been too embarrassed to put much emphasis on that time requirement since then.
