Means we have a slightly better chance of heading things off before they get completely out of hand. Don't forget the interest/debt payments due in mid Feburary, there ain't no money to pay for it. Odumbass' handlers might wig out and try something stupid, if'n they can't get their way. We're still one terrorist attack, one natural disaster, one social upheaval away from disintegration. The odds of us squirming out of our present position intact and free are 90/10 against.
